Ingredients:
4 to 5 lb. brisket
1 chopped onion
½ cup diced celery
½ Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 10 oz can chicken broth
1 10 oz can tomatoes
½ cup margarine
6 oz Shiner Bock beer
½ tsp liquid smoke
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
Chop one medium to large onion.
Dice the celery.
